The most important areas of the Porsche 911 to focus on in terms of paint protection are the full front and the forward facing rear hips of the car. The nose of the 911 is low and flat and very prone to rock chips and road debris damage. And with the wide hips on the 911, the area just in front of the rear wheels is often damaged. Porsche attempts to put a small piece of PPF in this area, but it does not adequately protect this area and the film is of poor quality. Our Driver’s Package is the perfect coverage and addresses these areas specifically.

Can you? Yes. Should you? Not always. From 2013 onward, Porsche began applying a UV coating to their headlights. The adhesive of all paint protection films on the market negatively interacts with this coating from the factory and can permanently damage the headlight. Most PPF manufactures will say not to cover the lights. And your Porsche owners manual will say not to cover the lights. We have done it with no issue, but unless the car will see heavy track use or mountain driving where the lights will 100% be damaged anyway, we do not feel it is worth the risk.
